Saddle up for the 8th Annual Kells Kings Cycle

The Kells Kings Charity Cycle Committee is pleased to announce that this years annual cycle has been set for SATURDAY 31st AUGUST 2019.

This year’s event will take place on 31st August with a cycle route to suit every level regardless of whether you are a leisure or keen cyclist. Hundreds of cyclists are expected to peddle into Kells to take part in the 116km, 80km, 45km and 4km routes, all of which start in Kells. With increasing numbers taking part each year, cyclists are encouraged to register early at

All cycles will leave the Kells Childcare Centre, with the 116km & 80km cycles leaving together at 9.45am, the 45km leaving at 1.30pm and the 4km leaving at 3.00pm.

All the cycle routes can be viewed on the website under the routes tab.

Our tasty burgers will make a return this year after great success and feed back from last years cycle.

The Kells Kings have raised over €80,000 to date and hope to add to this with your help for the 2019 event. As always your contribution will go directly towards the provision of much needed cancer support services in Kilkenny and the team at Cois Nore have asked us to express their heartfelt gratitude to you for your continued support over the past number of years.

Registration is now open - So book in the date - 31st August and take a trip to Kells for some welcoming smiles, wonderful atmosphere and a fun filled day.
